Have you acquired acrylic paints but never got to grips with them? Have you ever wanted to have a go at acrylic painting but didn’t know where to start? Do you want to improve your acrylic painting skills? If ‘yes’ to any of the above then don’t delay, book today, as the multi-talented Peter Scott will be providing a series of six fortnightly sessions for you to learn, or improve, acrylic painting skills. Acrylic painting is very forgiving, and it is easy to paint over any mistakes, unlike watercolour. During the series Peter will probably do three subjects (two sessions for each) so that you can learn how to build up texture. The techniques will include skies, animal fur, trees and water. The booking is for the six sessions but if any are missed you will have the subject matter to have a go in your own time and Peter will be happy to give feedback and advice on your efforts. Information will be provided to those booked on the course regarding what to bring and what materials are best to use. Light refreshments will be provided.
