Following the disappointing elderberry crop in 2025 we have re-arranged this session with fingers crossed that Mother Nature produces lots of berries for us this year…… Join us for another interesting elder experience, lead by Jules. We will go foraging for elderberries and make our own liqueur to take home and enjoy. We will also learn about the many other ways to use elderberries with things to taste and recipes to take away to try at home. Who knew how versatile those little berries could be ??
