Jesmonite Workshop
Saturday 09 May 2026, 9.30am - 12noon.
Service Description
A new craft experience to Incredible Edible Marshland…. Objectify, aka Gabrielle and Elaine, will guide us through this exciting workshop learning three different techniques using Jesmonite to make three items of decorative homeware. Jesmonite is a non-toxic eco-friendly water-based resin and coloured pigment is added to make your own unique designs. Moulds are used until the mixture cures and becomes your special item and as it is quick setting, your creations can be taken home at the end of the workshop. Choose one of each from: Midi pot: hexagonal or round (suitable for plants, pillar candles, toothbrush holder) Midi dish: oval tray, oval soap dish or square tray Mini item: tea light holder. All materials are provided, along with light refreshments. Whilst Jesmonite washes out you may want to bring an apron or oversized shirt in case of splashes as it can be a messy process.
