Save a bit of money and cut down your food waste by learning how to cook with your food scraps. We all know how to make breadcrumbs or pudding from stale bread, but have you tried some refreshing Tepache made with pineapple skin or apple peel? Learn what to do with those kitchen scraps and sample the unusual Tepache, and pickled watermelon skin. Refreshments included, join us to find out what it is all about.
